Home Builder did not begin as a single company. It grew out of Lotus, Hiep Thuy, Cao Le and Kelsey — established studios that had already shaped major projects across Vietnam and knew the trade from the inside out.
Bringing them together did something rare. Design talent, factory knowledge and site experience now sit at the same table — so what we draw is always something we can genuinely build, and what we build always carries the intent of the drawing.

We begin with your life, your site and your budget. From that, our architectural and interior studios shape a single design concept — drawing on a deep pool of talent and a studio culture built to explore.
Concept becomes precise drawings, materials and specifications. Every choice is tested against how it will be manufactured and installed — so the design that leaves the studio is the design that can be built.
Our own facilities produce custom, in-house furniture and fit-out — including pieces exclusive to HB Furniture. Owning the making means we control the quality, the timeline and the finish.
On site, we act on the owner's behalf — observing progress, answering the contractor, managing changes and approvals — until the home is ready and the keys are yours.
Owning our factories is what lets us promise more than a picture. With production floors in southern and central Vietnam and strong supplier relationships, we hold quality from raw material to final install — and answer for it ourselves.
